Well I liked it being read aloud, or when we raised hands, but I know some people talked way too much so we stopped.

The prayer requests stay up there on the board, maybe if they were taken down (even if it’s an ongoing request) as a way of acknowledging the request.

Open discussion or maybe having a prayer partner has seemed to me to be more effective.
