I believe prayer and meditation are pivotal to the continuation of Christian growth. It is necessary to develop one’s relationship with God.

I want to do it more, but it must be my own decision.

It’s hard for me to “focus” when another person is leading prayer. It’s also difficult for me to concentrate and be silent when alone. Basically it’s hard for me to focus!

Contemplative meditation for me is a lot like coarse corrections on a plane. Many are needed to land on time.

I believe that prayer whether solitary or corporate is an essential component in our relationship with God. It is always a practice that we can improve and strive to work on. It is also a great method of self-reflection and re-calibration of our participation in our faith.

Prayer is unique for every person and religious background, but it is undoubtedly an essential part of life, usually whether people know it or not.
